Satoshi Nakamoto's identity revealed in documentary ?
HBO is set to air the documentary 'Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery', which claims to reveal the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. However, the bitcoin community remains largely skeptical of attempts to identify Satoshi. For many, the search could threaten the very legacy of bitcoin, a currency born out of anonymity and a decentralized philosophy. Polymarket predicts Len Saasman to be Satoshi.

Federal Appeals Court Approves Election Betting
The decision allows election betting to take place without the fear of regulatory scrutiny. Polymarket and FantasyTop are both leaning into the demand.

Former Chinese minister wants country to open up to crypto
Zhu Guangyao, China's former vice minister of finance, has called for a reassessment of the government's approach to crypto. He acknowledged the risks involved, but stressed their importance to the global economy.

SEC settles with Mango DAO
The SEC has settled charges against Mango DAO and Blockworks Foundation for selling unregistered securities. They have agreed to pay $700,000, destroy their MNGO tokens and delist from exchanges.

Trial of Tornado Cash co-founder continues before jury
The trial of Roman Storm, co-founder of Tornado Cash, will continue before a jury. The judge ruled that the charges go beyond the simple act of coding, adding that the financial security of the system justifies the interest.

EigenLayer token launches on exchanges at $7 billion FDV as transfer restrictions lift
Since launching the token is down ~17%. The current price is $3.49 or a $5.8B FDV. 

Revoke cash rolls out Batch Revoking
Revoke Cash, a DeFi app that enables users to monitor and revoke token approvals on various smart contracts, just released batch revoking. This makes it easy for users to revoke approvals on all smart contracts at once, improving security. 

PYUSD loses 50% of supply on Solana
PayPal's stablecoin PYUSD, once widely traded on Solana, has seen its supply drop by 50% from $660 million to $320 million. This decline is due to the phasing out of incentive programs on DeFi platforms.

Sky’s New Stablecoin USDS Jumped to $1 Billion Supply in Two Weeks
Ethena bought $400M of the stablecoin issued by the protocol formerly called MakerDAO to diversify collateral for its own stablecoin.

Trump announces launch of World Liberty Financial
Donald Trump has announced the launch of his family-backed company, World Liberty Financial. Registration is open to accredited US investors only, with a waiting list for non-residents to be launched shortly.

Visa to help banks launch stablecoins
Visa has launched the Visa Tokenized Asset Platform to help banks issue tokens backed by FIAT currencies on various blockchain networks.

Binance loses market share
Binance lost market share in September as competitors captured more volume. According to a report by CCData, Binance's spot and derivatives trading volumes fell by 23% and 21% respectively.

Swift to Begin Digital Payments Trial in 2025
The trials will tap into Swift’s global system and aim to provide a single architecture for banks to transact across borders with cryptocurrencies and national currencies. 

Grayscale launches fund dedicated to Aave
The fund offers qualified investors exposure to the AAVE token, which is at the heart of the DeFi platform of the same name.

Vitalik defends controversial bets on Polymarket
Vitalik Buterin has defended the launch of a Hezbollah section on Polymarket. He pointed out that these markets are not designed to 'profit from bad situations', but to provide a perspective on uncertain events.
