🤔 What Is Zivoe?

Zivoe is a Real World Asset (RWA) protocol that’s disrupting the high-interest consumer lending market. We use DeFi to help people trapped in crazy high-interest loans (we’re talking 300% APR + 🤯) consolidate and refinance their debts, so that they can pay them off and achieve financial freedom.

How do people get into these high-interest loans? Well, they don’t have another option. Typically these borrowers don’t have credit history or live in communities where there isn’t sufficient access to banking services. So their only option is to borrow money from alternative lenders (like payday lenders) that charge sky high interest rates.

That is until now! Starting tomorrow you can deposit stablecoins to Zivoe to help fund affordable loans to these underserved communities.

🚀 How Do I Participate (And Earn $ZVE Points)!?

The ITO will commence tomorrow August 22nd at 11:00 AM EST (3:00 PM UTC) and run through September 21st!

During the event, you can deposit stablecoins ($USDC, $USDT, $DAI, or $FRAX) to our Senior and Junior Tranche to start earning $ZVE airdrop points!

Airdrop Mechanics:

1. Depositing Stablecoins: During the ITO, users deposit stablecoins to the Senior or Junior Tranche. Deposits into the Senior Tranche yield 1 zSTT (senior tranche token) per stablecoin, while deposits into the Junior Tranche yield 1 zJTT (junior tranche token) per stablecoin. These tokens are claimable after the ITO concludes.

2. Earning pZVE Points: For each stablecoin deposited, senior tranche depositors are awarded 3 pZVE points, and junior tranche depositors are awarded 1 pZVE point.

3. ZVE Airdrop: At the end of the ITO, 5% of the total ZVE supply will be airdropped to participants based on their proportional ownership of pZVE points.

4. Yield: After the ITO concludes, you can stake your tranche tokens to start earning yield. The Senior Tranche earns up to 10% APR and the Junior Tranche earns up to 22% APR!
